TACOMA (AAA: 22-21, 2nd Pacific Coast League Pacific Northern Division): The Rainiers lost 7-1 to Las Vegas. Oswaldo Navarro (’05) drove in the only Tacoma run. Robert Rohrbaugh (’05) allowed five runs on seven hits over six innings to take the loss.
WEST TENNESSEE (AA: 28-16, 2nd Southern League North Division): The Diamond Jaxx beat Mobile 5-4. Johan Limonta (’06) drove in a pair of runs and Justin Thomas (’06) allowed three runs over 6-2/3 innings for the West Tennessee’s fifth win in a row.
HIGH DESERT (High-A: 19-26, T-2nd California League South Division): The Mavericks lost 5-3 at Rancho Cucamonga. Ogui Diaz (’07) drove in a pair of runs, but High Desert could not rally from a 4-2 deficit as they collected just three hits.
