SEATTLE (MAJ: 13-17 3rd American League West): The Mariners lost 5-1 at New York. Raul Ibanez (Foxes, ’94) drove in the only Mariner run as Seattle committed four errors in the game.
TACOMA (AAA: 14-13, 2nd Pacific Coast League Pacific Northern Division): The Rainiers lost 6-0 to Oklahoma. Tacoma had four hits in the game. Yung Chi Chen (’05) and Bryan LaHair (’04) each had one hit for the Rainiers.
WEST TENNESSEE (AA: 19-10, 2nd Southern League North Division): The Diamond Jaxx beat Carolina 5-1. Mike Wilson (’05) had a pair of home runs and four RBI for West Tennessee.
HIGH DESERT (High-A: 14-15, 2nd California League South Division): The Mavericks lost 2-1 at Lake Elsinore. Travis Scott (’06) knocked in the only run for High Desert.
