Mariner System Report (Games of 5/5)

SEATTLE (MAJ: 14-18 3rd American League West): The Mariners beat Texas 7-3. Wladimir Balentien (’04) had a pair of hits, including a three-run homer, and Raul Ibanez (Foxes, ’94) drove in two runs for Seattle. Former Wisconsin-Oshkosh Titan Jarrod Washburn got the win as Seattle broke a five game losing streak.

TACOMA (AAA: 16-14, 2nd Pacific Coast League Pacific Northern Division): The Rainiers beat Oklahoma 2-1. Tacoma scored twice in the bottom of the ninth inning. Bryan LaHair (’04) drove in the winning run with a single.

WEST TENNESSEE (AA: 21-10, T-1st Southern League North Division): The Diamond Jaxx beat Mississippi 13-3. Adam Moore (’06) had three hits and drove in five runs. Marshall Hubbard (’05) homered and had a pair of RBI in West Tennessee’s fifth win in a row.

HIGH DESERT (High-A: 15-16, 2nd California League South Division): The Mavericks were off on Monday.
