While we are out

Another busy week on Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium

WIAA STATE BASEBALL TOURNAMENT June 10-12.

Day one is Tuesday with the Division 1 Quarterfinals.
Day two is Wednesday with the Semifinals for Divisions 1-4
Day three is Championship Thursday

I'm sure a website for a local newspaper will have some sort of preview out there in the next few days

FOX VALLEY SYMPHONY ALL-AMERICAN OUTDOOR CONCERT June 14
The performance by the Fox Valley Symphony is hosted by WBAY-TV 2's Bill Jartz and will also feature Attic Theatre actors performing Casey at the Bat and Who's on First?, the Appleton Boychoir's Senior Choir, the Phoenix Boys Choir, some Timber Rattlers favorites like Promo Nikki and Brock, as well as a Salute to our Veterans. The parking lot opens for tailgating at 4:00 and the concert starts at 7:30.
I wish I could be there for this one...Tailgating before a symphony concert is so Wisconsin.

Then, there is some softball game on June 15
Aaron Rodgers, Charles Woodson, Al Harris, James Jones, Nick Collins, Scott Wells, Donald Lee, Edgar Bennett, Colin Cole, Chris Francis, Tramon Williams, Abdul Hodge, Charlie Peprah, Aaron Rouse and Chad Clifton are early commitments for the Donald Driver Celebrity Softball Game.

Donald Driver comments, "I am very appreciative that so many guys have committed to this game when we just announced it a few days ago. We are looking forward to other major announcements of Packers players and a surprise celebrity or two soon."

The date of the game has been scheduled for Sunday, June 15, 2008 and will be held at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium, home of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.
Have fun while we are gone, everyone.
