Fifth Third Field in Dayton is hosting an exhibition game today. The Reds are hosting a Reds Futures team. Yes, they are sold out in Dayton. That makes it, what, 500,000 in a row? Game time is 2:00pm CDT.Former Dragons expected to play for the Reds include first baseman Joey Votto, right fielder Jay Bruce, third baseman Edwin Encarnacion, catcher Ryan Hanigan, shortstop Paul Janish, left fielder Chris Dickerson and starting pitcher Johnny Cueto.
Every year of the Dragons except for the first, 2000, will be represented by at least one player, including catcher Devin Mesoraco and infielders Todd Frazier, Zack Cozart and Neftali Soto from last year's team. Jordan Smith, from the 2007 Dragons, is expected to start for the Futures, who will also have such former Dragons notables as Chris Valaika, Drew Stubbs and Chris Heisey on the team.
A place to follow the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, the Midwest League, Minor League baseball, Major League Baseball, and everything in between in that order.

Midwest League Action: April 4
One game on the schedule today. Well, technically, it's not a Midwest League game. It's just being held at a Midwest League Stadium.
