ShockerAssistant Director Skinner from The X-Files is a serial killer that somehow comes back from the electric chair and wreaks havoc.
The Rattlers pulled the switch, but the D-Rays survived and came back to life.
The end of the losing streak was right there. 2-1 lead. Six outs to get. But, two infield singles, three walks, and a wild pitch in the bottom of the eighth inning put the Devil Rays up 3-2.
A two-out double in the top of the ninth was left on base and the losing streak has reached seven.
