Rattler History...Since 2000

Here is how the Timber Rattlers have fared on July 19...since 2000.

2000: The Rattlers beat Burlington 8-3 at home. Gorky Estrealla homered for Wisconsin. Craig Anderson allowed three runs over six innings and got his tenth win. Rattler records after this game: 17-9 second half, 55-39 overall

2001: The Rattlers lost 6-5 at home to Peoria. Albert Rodgers hit a three-run homer in the top of the ninth inning off Chad Wiles for the game winning hit. Rattler records after this game: 17-10, 59-36

2002: The Rattlers beat Beloit 5-4 in 12 innings at home. Eddie Menchaca drove in the game winning run with a single. Rattler records after this game: 6-20, 36-59

2003: The Rattlers lost 6-2 at Quad Cities. The River Bandits scored five unearned runs on three Timber Rattler errors in the second inning. BOBBY! Livingston took the loss. Rattler records after this game: 11-17, 49-45

2004: The Rattlers won 10-4 at South Bend. Chris Collins and Josh Womack each drove in two runs. Brandon Moorhead pitched eight shutout innings for the win. Casey Abrams gave up a ninth inning grand slam to make the game interesting. Rattler records after this game: 11-13, 42-51

2005: The Rattlers lost 17-4 at Kane County. Randy Frye gave up nine runs in 1-2/3 innings pitched. Rattler records after this game: 12-14, 51-45

2006: The Rattlers were off. Rattler records on this date: 8-18, 35-61

2007: The Rattlers dropped a pair at Beloit to run their losing streak to 11 games.

GAME ONE:
The completion of a suspended game from the night before saw the Snappers beat Wisconsin 3-1. The Snappers scored two runs in the top of the eighth inning to break a 1-1 tie.

GAME TWO:
This game was scheduled for seven innings, but it went nine before the Snappers beat Wisconsin 4-2. Eli Tinto hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth for the game winning runs. Rattler records after this game: 8-17, 30-63

A 3-5 record on this date with some really tough losses. Crummy day in Rattler history.
