RH JAKE WILD: Seattle’s 26th round pick out of the University of the Pacific in the 2007 draft.
LAST START: Wild snapped a personal four game losing streak with a strong performance at Beloit on July 20. He allowed one run (unearned) on two hits over six innings in Wisconsin’s 8-4 win.
LAST HOME WIN: Wild picked up the win with a scoreless, hitless inning of relief against the Quad Cities River Bandits on June 5. Wild entered a 5-5 game in the top of the tenth and picked up the victory when Gavin Dickey hit a game-winning homer in the bottom of the tenth in Wisconsin’s 4-3 win.
VS. BELOIT: Wild is 1-0 against the Snappers. His only appearance against them was the win on July 20.
VS. TWINS: Wild is 1-0 against Minnesota affiliates. His win over the Snappers is his only appearance against a farm team of the Twins.
