RH KEITH RENAUD: Selected by Seattle in the 10th round of the 2007 draft out of Franklin Pierce College of New Hampshire.
2007 AS A RATTLER: Renaud went 2-0 with a 3.50ERA in 18 games (2 starts) with Wisconsin in 2007. He walked 18 and struck out 30 in 36 innings.
2008 SO FAR: Renaud started the year with the High Desert Mavericks. He went 3-9 with a 7.68 ERA. Renaud joined the Timber Rattlers on June 27.
LAST WIN: Renaud beat Lake Elsinore on June 14 on the road. Renaud allowed two runs on seven hits with three walks and four strikeouts.
LAST START: Renaud allowed four runs on three hits and four walks over five innings at Dayton on July 11. He took the loss as Wisconsin fell 8-2.
LAST APPEARANCE: Renaud pitched 4-1/3 innings in relief on July 17 against South Bend. He allowed six runs (three earned) on six hits over 4-1/3 innings with three walks and five strikeouts.
VS. WEST MICHIGAN: Renaud faced the Whitecaps twice as a reliever in Grand Chute in 2007. In 2-1/3 innings, he allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits with two walks and two strikeouts. Renaud got the win on August 12 with a two inning stint. On August 14, Renaud pitched 1/3 of an inning against West Michigan.
