Mariner System Report (Games of 4/13)

SEATTLE (MAJ: 6-7, 3rd American League West): The Mariners lost 10-5 to the Angels. Raul Ibanez (Foxes, ’94) drove in three runs for Seattle. Cha Seung Baek (’00) made an emergency start, allowed four runs and took the loss.

TACOMA (AAA: 6-4, 2nd Pacific Coast League Pacific Northern Division): The Rainiers split a doubleheader at Colorado Springs. In an 11-7 game one win, Bryan LaHair (’04) hit a pair of homers and drove in three runs. The Sky Sox won game two 6-1. Jeff Clement (’05) homered to lead-off the top of the seventh inning to break up a no-hit bid by Jose Capellan.

WEST TENNESSEE (AA: 6-4, T-3rd Southern League North Division): The Diamond Jaxx beat Huntsville 8-1. Ryan Ketchner (’02) allowed one run over 5.2IP for the win. Jon Nelson (’03) drove in a pair of runs for West Tennessee.

HIGH DESERT (High-A: 7-4, T-1st California League South Division): The Mavericks shutout Inland Empire 4-0. Johan Limonta (’06) homered and drove in two. Kyle Parker (’07) pitched six innings and allowed two hits for the win.
