Milwaukee Brewers Report: Games of July 19, 2009

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 47-45; 3rd National League Central): The Brewers lost 5-3 at Cincinnati. The Reds scored twice in the bottom of the eighth inning against Seth McClung to break a 3-3 tie.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 52-42; 1st Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds lost 5-4 at Iowa. The I-Cubs scored snapped a 4-4 tie with a run in the bottom of the eighth.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 49-45 overall, 11-14 second half; 4th Southern League North Division): The Stars lost 4-3 at Mississippi. The Braves scored three times in the fourth and held off Huntsville.

BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 53-32 overall, 13-8 second half; T-1st Florida State League North Division): The Manatees beat Jupiter 7-4. Jim Henderson (’09) got the save.

HELENA (SHORT SEASON ROOKIE: 13-12; T-1st Pioneer League North Division): The Brewers lost 11-3 at Casper.

AZL BREWERS (ROOKIE: 9-14; T-4th Arizona League East Division): The Brewers lost 9-6 to the Rangers.
