Here is the latest on the Rattler starters on Saturday and Sunday in Lansing.
Nathan Adcock is scheduled to start for the Rattlers on Saturday. Since he hasn't pitched since July 2nd, Adcock will be on a pitch limit. Kyle Parker, who hasn't pitched since July 6, will be coming in as a tandem starter on Saturday.
Anthony Varvaro is set to start on Sunday for the Rattlers. Varvaro is still on a pitch limit since this is his second start off the disabled list. So, it looks like Tony Butler will be coming off the disabled list to be the tandem starter on Sunday. This will be Butler's first appearance since June 5.
Just a note: the Rattlers will not be going to the tandem system that Quad Cities had earlier this season. This is just something that works out with the three off days earlier this week and the off day coming up on Monday.
