Tacoma (AAA -- 4-4, 2nd, PCL Pacific Northern): The Rainiers lost 12-4 at Fresno. The Rainiers had a 4-3 lead heading into the bottom of the seventh. But, the Grizzlies scored seven times after the stretch and got the win. Rich Dorman (WI '03) gave up three runs in a pair of innings and got tagged with the loss. Greg DObbs (WI '02) drove in one run to run his season to eight.
San Antonio (AA -- 5-4; T-1st Texas League West): San Antonio lost 5-1 to Midland. Brandon Moorhead (WI '04) took the loss. Sebastien Boucher (WI '05) had three hits for the Missions.
Inland Empire (High A -- 7-3, 2nd California League South): The 66ers swept a double header from the High Desert Mavericks. In game one, Inland Empire won 7-3. Josh Womack (WI '05) and Mike Wilson (WI '05) each homered and Cibney Bello (WI '05) got the win. In game two, the 66ers won 3-0. Mark Lowe (WI '05) pitched five perfect innings with eight strikeouts for the win. Wilson homered again in the night cap.
