The Redevelopment Commission authorized a proposed contract by the designer of Coveleski Stadium to conduct a comprehensive facility analysis of the two-decade-old stadium, creating a long-term plan for its upkeep and improvement.Possible redevelopment of another Midwest League stadium.
HOK Sport Inc., based in Kansas City, Mo., will perform the analysis to establish and evaluate the facility’s current condition, estimate the equipment’s remaining useful life, provide a benchmark for comparing the facility’s condition in future years and create a long-term capital expenditure matrix to allow for future planning of facility needs.
A place to follow the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, the Midwest League, Minor League baseball, Major League Baseball, and everything in between in that order.
