TACOMA (AAA: 28-31, T-3rd Pacific Coast League Pacific Northern Division): The Rainiers lost 6-2 to Fresno. Matt Tuiasosopo (’05) homered for Tacoma, but Sean White allowed four runs on eleven hits over 6-2/3 innings for the loss.
WEST TENNESSEE (AA: 36-25, 2nd Southern League North Division): The Diamond Jaxx lost 3-1 at Huntsville. Luis Valbuena drove in the only West Tennessee run as Huntsville took over sole possession of first place in the Southern League North Division.
HIGH DESERT (High-A: 26-34, T-3rd California League South Division): The Mavericks were off on Thursday.
