Mariner System Report (Games of 7/17)

SEATTLE (MAJ: 37-58 4th American League West): The Mariners were off on Thursday.

TACOMA (AAA: 48-50, 3rd Pacific Coast League Pacific Northern Division): The Rainiers were off on Thursday.

WEST TENNESSEE (AA: 50-47, 9-18 5th Southern League North Division): The Diamond Jaxx lost 8-0 to Jacksonville. Adam Moore (’06) had two of the three hits for West Tennessee. Clayton Kershaw got the win for the Suns.

HIGH DESERT (High-A: 43-54, 11-16 second half 5th California League South Division): The Mavericks lost 10-1 at Rancho Cucamonga. High Desert had four hits in the game. That's two more hits than Hank Conger had homers for the Quakes.

EVERETT (Short Season-A: 13-17, 2nd Northwest League Western Division): The AquaSox won 9-3 at Salem-Keizer. Luis Nunez (’07) had a pair of hits and a pair of RBI for Everett as the Sox banged out 16 hits in the win.

PULASKI (Rookie: 20-9, 1st Appalachian League East Division): The M’s won 4-3 at Elizabethton. Kalian Sams (’07) hit a solo homer, his eighth long ball of the season, as part of a four-run fifth inning for Pulaski.

PEORIA (Rookie: 8-13 8th Arizona League): The AZL M’s lost 10-9 to the Royals.
