Just because there was only one game doesn't mean there weren't different points of view.

Burlington -- The Bees plan was to have fun. Until reliver Gilbert De La Vara saw he had to face Justin Upton. But, it turned out all right for De La Vara and the Bees.
Fort Wayne -- The Wizards had some fun, too. Seth Johnston played second in Davenport despite being switched to third base a few weeks ago by the Padres. Plus, an All-Star Notebook.
Kane County -- Cougars closer Steve Sharpe is profiled and promoted. The other Cougar all-stars are profiled also.
MLB.COM -- This story is on the Midwest League's Website. Jay Bruce, "Star of Stars" figures prominently.
Peoria -- The Chiefs will be making changes for the second half, Jody Davis had fun, and nobody got hurt.
