Okay, look at it this way. There was one mistake in the movie -- not made by Jackson's character -- that got him eaten and that led to a series of other mistakes and the super-intelligent, genetically altered shark ate a lot of people.
Tonight, one mistake led to a series of mistakes and the Whitecaps wound up erasing a 1-0 deficit to beat the Rattlers 4-1. Fortunately, no Rattler was eaten by a super-intelligent, genetically altered shark.
