TACOMA (AAA: 56-67; 3rd Pacific Coast League Pacific Northern Division): The Rainiers game at Fresno was postponed by travel delays.
WEST TENNESSEE (AA: 50-71 overall; 19-32 second half; 5th second half Southern League North Division): The Diamond Jaxx lost 13-6 to Huntsville. Mike Wilson (’05) and Luis Oliveros (’02) each had homers for West Tennessee, but the Diamond Jaxx lost their fourth straight.
HIGH DESERT (High-A: 49-73 overall; 18-34 second half; 5th second half California League South Division): The Mavericks lost 10-2 to Bakersfield. Jesus Guzman hit a two-run homer for High Desert’s only scoring.
EVERETT (Short Season-A: 23-32; 4th Northwest League West Division): The AquaSox lost 1-0 in twelve innings to Salem-Keizer. Everett hitters struck out 19 times in the game. Four Sox pitchers allowed eight hits and one unearned run in the loss.
AZL Mariners (Rookie: 28-17 overall; 8-8 second half T-4th Arizona League): The AZL M’s beat the Padres 14-4.
