Snappers' Mega Raffle kicks off at Golf Classic
The Beloit Snappers kicked off their seventh annual Mega Raffle Tuesday at the 2008 Snappers Golf Classic held at Krueger-Haskell Golf Course.
The raffle is different from the normal 50/50 raffles held at the ballpark each game. Tickets cost $5 for one or $25 for six, with a first place prize of $2,000 that will be given away on Saturday, Aug. 30 when the Snappers take on the Burlington Bees. Second place will receive $800, third place $400 and fourth place $200 (need not be present to win).
