The '57 Braves topped Pittsburgh 6-5 on May 18 at County Stadium.
Hank Aaron hit a pair of homers and drove in four runs for the Braves. His three-run homer in the bottom of the fourth inning put the Braves in front 6-4.
Warren Spahn didn't have it toda. He lasted just four innings and allowed four runs on seven hits. Lew Burdette, the losing pitcher against Brooklyn on May 15, pitched five innings in relief to get the win.
