ABOUT LAST NIGHT: The Rattlers ended their seven-game losing streak with a 3-2 win over the Silver Hawks. Kyle Parker, making his second professional start, worked six innings and gave up one run for the victory. Andrew Barb earned his second save by getting the final three outs.
THE SPECTACULAR KYLE PARKER: Parker allowed one run on four hits with a pair of walks and a strikeout for his first professional win last night. In two starts that cover eleven innings for the Rattlers this season, Parker has given up one run on five hits.
WELCOME BACK: Rattler pitcher Ricky Orta made his first appearance off the DL last night and worked two scoreless innings. He struck out the side, with a single mixed in, in the bottom of the seventh and worked around a two out hit batsman and single in the eighth.
