Catcher Jair Fernandez placed on the disabled list
Catcher Blake Ochoa promoted to the Rattlers from Everett (Northwest League)
Ochoa started the 2007 season with the Greensboro Grasshoppers, Florida's South Atlantic League team. He was traded to the Mariners in exchange for Danny Santin a couple of weeks ago. Ochoa's MILB.com page is HERE.
