How did they do?

Starting Sunday's posting with a look at how Rattler alumni did in baseball action yesterday and last night.

First in the MLB playoffs:

Cleveland beat Boston 13-6 in eleven innings to even the ALCS at a game a piece.

Ex-Rattlers:
Asdrubal Cabrera ('05) went 1-for-5 with Cleveland with a walk and a run scored.

David Ortiz ('96) was 1-for-4 with a walk and two runs scored for the Sox.

In the Arizona Fall League, the Peoria Javelinas moved their record to 4-1 as they beat Scottsdale 8-5.

Ex-Rattlers for Peoria:
Yung Chi Chen ('05) went 1-for-5 and is now hitting .353
Matt Tuiasosopo ('05) was 2-for-3 with a double and run score. He is hitting .400
Mumba Rivera ('05) pitched a scoreless eighth inning and struck out a pair of batters.

In Hawaii Winter Baseball, Waikiki lost 10-3 to Honolulu. The loss drops the BeachBoys to 7-5 on the season.

Ex-Rattlers for Waikiki:
Mike Wilson ('05) was 0-for-2 to drop his average to .359
Josh Womack ('04, '05) went 0-for-4 and he is down to .195
Harold Williams ('06, '07) pitched two innings and allowed two runs on four hits with three strikeouts. His ERA sits at 14.29.

Off day for the whole league
