Ex-Rattlers on Cardenales de Lara include:
RHP Rich Dorman -- The 28-year-old made two starts over the past 10 days. On Dec. 2, Dorman surrendered three runs on six hits and two walks while striking out seven, but did not factor in the decision. On Friday, the 6-foot-2 righty yielded one run on five hits over seven innings for the win. He fanned a season-high eight and walked one. He is 2-3 with a 3.21 ERA in 11 games and has struck out 52 in 58 innings.
RHP Ivan Blanco -- Blanco turned in his best outing of the month on Dec. 7. He yielded one hit in two scoreless innings. On the season, the 23-year-old is 2-1 with a 3.63 ERA in 14 games.
SS Oswaldo Navarro -- The 22-year-old has been on fire over a recent three-game stretch, going 6-for-11 with an RBI and a run scored. On the season, Navarro is batting .300 with nine RBIs and seven runs scored in 24 games.
