Sandberg around the MWL

Have been taking a spin through Midwest League websites this week to see how the other teams in the MWL are promoting Ryne Sandberg and the Chiefs playing in their stadiums.

There are rumors of others, but I have found one other Sandberg package out there. It belongs to Kane County:

The Kane County Cougars are proud to offer the Cubs Affiliate Package for the 2007 season. See first-year manager Ryne Sandberg lead the Peoria Chiefs to Elfstrom Stadium this season. Our Cubs Affiliate Package includes seven games against Peoria, as well as three additional prime dates for a total of ten games (see list of dates below).

The Cougars will be hosting the 2007 Midwest League All-Star Game on Tuesday, June 19th at 7 p.m. As a ticket package holder, you have an early opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public in February.

Cubs Affiliate Packages are $108 for box seats and $90 for reserved seats. Receive the same great seats near the Chiefs’ dugout for all ten games within the package.

Then, there is the Timber Rattler Sandberg package.
