Milwaukee Brewer Report: Games of April 22, 2009

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 5-9; 6th National League Central): The Brewers won 3-1 at Philadelphia. Braden Looper pitched six scoreless innings for the win. Mike Cameron drove in a pair of runs and JJ Hardy homered for Milwaukee. Todd Coffey got the save.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 8-6; T-3rd Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds lost 3-1 at Memphis. Adam Heether went 3-for-4 and drove in a run for Nashville. The loss ended a five-game winning streak for the Sounds.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 6-7; T-2nd Southern League South Division): The Stars lost 7-6 at Carolina. Drew Anderson homered and drove in three runs for Huntsville to help the Stars to a 6-3 lead. But, Carolina scored once in the seventh and three times in the bottom of the ninth for the win.

BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 8-4; 1st Florida State League East Division): The Manatees won 5-4 at Tampa. Brevard County scored a pair of runs in the top of the sixth inning to rally from a 4-3 deficit.
