I finally got around to checking the Baseball America Transactions from last Monday this morning. I found this:

Released: RHP Craig James

James was the Rattler closer in the first half of the 2005 season. He made it as high as Double-A with the Mariners from 2006 until his release during the 2008 season. Then, he spent the rest of '08 and the beginning of '09 in the Florida State League with the Rays.
