Milwaukee Brewers Report: Games of May 24, 2009

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 26-18; T-1st National League Central): The Brewers lost 6-3 at Minnesota. Mike Cameron and Prince Fielder homered for Milwaukee, but Justin Morneau’s grand slam along with homers by Joe Mauer and Joe Crede gave the Twins more than enough.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 25-19; 1st Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds won 8-6 at Portland. Alcides Escobar had three hits and two RBI to help Nashville rally from an early 4-0 deficit.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 20-19; 1st Southern League South Division): The Stars lost 6-3 to West Tennessee. The Diamond Jaxx scored five times in the top of the ninth inning.

BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 27-11; 1st Florida State League East Division): The Manatees beat Dunedin 4-2. Logan Schafer went 5-for-5 with three runs scored and Josh Butler is 6-0 after five scoreless innings for Brevard County. The Manatees are 9-0 against Dunedin this season.
