Milwaukee Brewers Report: Games of May 27, 2009

MILWAUKEE (MAJ: 27-20; 2nd National League Central): The Brewers lost 3-2 to the Cardinals. St. Louis scored a run in the top of the sixth to break a 2-2 tie and knocked the Brewers into second place in the NL Central.

NASHVILLE (AAA: 26-21; 1st Pacific Coast League American North Division): The Sounds won 8-6 at Tacoma. Adam Heether hit a pair of three-run homers. The first was in the eighth inning. The second was with two outs in the top of the ninth to give Nashville the lead.

HUNTSVILLE (AA: 23-20; 1st Southern League South Division): The Stars won 4-2 at Tennessee. Shane Justis hit a grand slam in the top of the seventh inning to give Huntsville a 4-2 lead.

BREVARD COUNTY (High-A: 28-12; 1st Florida State League East Division): The Manatees split a doubleheader with St. Lucie. Brevard County won game one 6-5 in eight innings. The Mets won game two 5-0.
