This was the first time in 1960 that the Foxes were shutout.
Diego Segui pitched a complete game three-hitter with nine strikeouts. Segui went on to have a long major league career.
John Papa took the loss and walked 11 in 6-1/3 innings.
The Soos led 1-0 until they scored four in the eighth to put it away.
Fox Cities is 23-18 and in third place, two games behind first place Cedar Rapids.
