Rattler History...Since 2000

The Rattlers lost 13-1 to Peoria. I was not at this game due to the Green Bay Gamblers being in the playoffs.

The Rattlers had a scheduled off day.

The Rattlers had a doubleheader, but I missed it due to a Gambler playoff game. Also, the person who put together the 2003 Timber Rattler media guide did not put the 2002 game results into the 2003 media guide. That person did not make it through the 2003 season. I can see from my records that the doubleheader was a split.

Wisconsin beat South Bend 4-0 at home. TA Fulmer, Oscar Delgado, and Rich Dorman combined on a one-hitter. Jon-Mark Sprawl’s two-out double in the first inning was the only hit. Dustin Delucchi’s two-run double in the third innings was enough for the Rattlers.

Beloit beat the Rattlers 8-6 at Pohlman Field. Josh Womack hit a homer to start the game, but the game was tied 6-6 heading to the bottom of the sixth. Terry Trofholz homered to start that inning and Beloit scored another run in the bottom of the seventh. The Rattlers got two on with one out in the top of the ninth inning, but Tim Dillard got a game-ending double play.

Beloit shutout the Rattlers 6-0 at Fox Cities Stadium. Wisconsin had six hits off three Snapper pitchers. Jay Rainville got the win for Beloit.

Wisconsin lost 13-4 at Fort Wayne. Marwin Vega allowed nine runs on eight hits in five innings. That is all you need to know about this game.

The Rattlers had a scheduled off day.

Rattlers were 2-5 with a few off days in there. April 25 has been a crummy day in Rattler history.
